Talk about big dreams. Justin Caballero, President of Tampa, FL-based Revive Kitchen & Bath—which is the second company he co-founded while in his twenties—currently has four things on his life’s must-do list: “Grow the best remodeling company in Florida, develop and own an incredible real-estate portfolio, have a wonderful wife and kids, and travel to 100+ countries—and outer space.” It’s a good thing that Justin, who has already remodeled more than 500 properties, self-describes as “driven.”

Before co-founding Revive Kitchen & Bath with his father, Justin co-founded Total Property Solutions, a renovation-management company that has renovated more than 255 investment properties in 20-plus states. He also oversaw property management, construction and marketing for several real estate firms. “I grew up around real estate through my father and I have always been drawn to the industry,” says the Baton Rouge, LA native who graduated from Ole Miss with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance. “The ability to have a vision and transform a space to maximize the value, design and functionality of that space fascinates me.”

While his day-to-day responsibilities—overseeing all aspects of the company’s operation, reviewing its portfolio of projects and working with his team to ensure that all jobs are running smoothly—have him arriving at the office by 7:45 a.m., Justin does make time for personal pursuits. Among them: reading, working out, going to concerts and soaking up sun on his boat with friends and family. His personal design preferences are contemporary and airy. “I like bright spaces with a modern touch utilizing white and light grays,” he says. “I’d say this is probably the most popular style right now at least for our clients, as well.”

Justin counts Tulum, Mexico, among his favorite travel destinations. “I love that you are in the middle of the jungle,” he says. “You feel like you are isolated and secluded like you are on an island in the middle of nowhere. The food, music and culture are all fantastic.” He even keeps a reminder of his preferred getaway spot in his home. “I have a sculpture of a jaguar named Julius,” Justin explains. “He is the king of the house.”
