Getting the word out about luxury Italian kitchen appliances is Hannah Pregont’s résumé-topping talent. As Head of Brand Marketing for Brooklyn-based Superior Marketing, a distributor of luxury appliances for residential kitchens, her savvy social media skills were essential to branding the high-end Italian range company ILVE in the United States. A 2018 graduate of The Boston Conservatory, where she followed her childhood passion and majored in Contemporary Dance, Hannah grew ILVE USA’s social media following from just over 100 to tens of thousands of organic followers. Subsequently, popular celebrities — among them HGTV’s Jonathan and Drew Scott (aka The Property Brothers), Joanna Gaines of Fixer Upper and music superstars Jennifer Lopez and Lil Wayne — took notice of this brand’s high-end custom ranges.

The result? In combination with other strategic partnerships, Hannah’s creative instincts roughly tripled sales of ILVE’s ranges beyond Superior Marketing’s initial goal. More recently, a partnership with Nina Dobrev on her kitchen renovation was featured in Architectural Digest. Hannah’s unique passion and drive are currently being devoted to Superior Marketing’s newest brand, Forté, with a goal of raising demand for luxury Italian appliances by American homeowners. And despite the ongoing global health crisis, she remains pragmatic. “I truly believe I am so lucky to be working in an industry that has been able to thrive throughout the pandemic,” she says, “as there was a real emphasis on ‘home’ and how important it is.”

“I truly believe I am so lucky to be working in an industry that has been able to thrive throughout the pandemic, as there was a real emphasis on ‘home’ and how important it is.”

Hannah, who describes herself as “intuitive” and believes the kitchen is truly the heart of a home, says she is naturally drawn to an Old World European feel. “I love a home with character — lots of mixed metals and intricate details and textures,” she says. Away from her social media schedule, she loves spending time with her goldendoodle, Maya, and bernedoodle, Winnie, as well as dancing, hiking, reading and trying new restaurants around Manhattan.

One of her most life-changing experiences was spending a month in Mumbai, India. “To see how other cultures live and co-exist is such a powerful way to gain perspective,” Hannah says. Two other places high on her must-visit list are Tokyo and Europe — and certainly Italy will provide her with that Old World aesthetic (complete with luxury appliances) she so loves.
