Join us Tuesday, October 08 at 5:30 p.m. for our next NKBA Chapter meeting & Members Drive at Appliance Distributors Unlimited showroom in York, PA. We encourage you to invite colleagues in the industry who are thinking of joining our NKBA Chapter. If the colleague you invite and attends on October 8th, becomes a NKBA Member by the end of November you will receive ONE FREE CEU Chapter Meeting. (Not Valid for Special Events costing over $40.)

Allegro Winery will be joining us for the evening and providing free wine tasting. Their wine will be available for purchase as well during the event.

Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be provided. A raffle will be held for a Wolf gourmet unit, and a wine basket to include wine from Allegro Winery. Swag bags will also be handed out at the end of the evening so don’t miss out!

The evening will cover a brief history of the wine making process, while at the same time we will explore the many challenges that can arise when trying to preserve wine for a long-term storage. (.1 CEU) This one hour educational course will cover the basics in proper temperature control for wine storage as well as explore the four enemies of wine, which are heat, light, vibration and humidity
