Designer Warehouse

What is Designer Warehouse?

Designer Warehouse is a “To the Trade” showroom focusing on residential custom furniture, fine fabrics, wall coverings, lighting, art and accessories. We are the go to place for Designers, Architects, Homebuilders, Realtors and Trade Contractors to bring their clients for incredible resources not offered anywhere else in New Mexico.  When a purchase is made from Designer Warehouse, PO’s are tracked by our team and weekly updates are provided. Orders can be received in our warehouse, where it is inspected for quality, and accuracy or can be delivered to your staging warehouse. If the order is sent to our warehouse, residential delivery and set up is offered by Designer Warehouse for an additional charge. 

Designer Warehouse offers our trade professionals an upscale environment with a number of work spaces available to them, including a Norwalk Custom Furniture Design Lab, conference room, meeting room, rooftop event space and 800 sf of dedicated space for custom fabrics, wall coverings and trim, featuring Kravet, Inc.  and Thibaut, Inc.

To qualify for wholesale pricing and purchase from Designer Warehouse, each trade partner must register themselves and their business.  All purchases must be made through their account. We offer tax exempt purchasing with the submittal of a State of New Mexico NTTC certificate which remains on file in our accounting office.

Once registered, the trade partner may call to reserve a meeting space, or bring in their clients with or without an appointment. Note that Designer Warehouse does not offer design services so the trade representative will need to accompany their clients.  Pricing will never be discussed directly with the clients and the trade partner must make all purchases and provide payments.

Another benefit offered by Designer Warehouse is regular trade events hosted by vendors as well as educational, fun and trade relevant presentations.  These will be posted regularly on social media and our website.

Lastly, Designer Warehouse offers a “Trade Referral” program as a courtesy to encourage and support local businesses.  If the trade partner wishes, we will display a short bio of them and/or their business on our website as a resource for people who do not have established trade relationships.
