REEP IN KEY SALES ROLE AT BLUM: Sarah Reep, CMKBD, ASID, IIDA, CMG, CAPS, has joined Blum Inc. as Senior Director

of Design and Product Sales, a new position focused on design. A seasoned pro, Reep has more than 30 years of kitchen and bath design, sales and marketing experience, having worked with face-frame and frameless lines from major cabinet brands. In this new position at Blum, she will create and lead a new channel in the U.S., Design and Product Sales. Reep, and ultimately her team, will focus on building the Blum brand within the design and dealer channels to complement its current sales efforts, which are focused on cabinetmakers.

RENOVATION ANGEL TAPS PADOVANI IN MARKETING: Jennifer Padovani has been named Chief Marketing Officer for Renovation Angel, the nation’s largest recycler of luxury kitchens. A 20-year veteran of the financial services industry, she continues in her role as partner and senior recruiter at DMC Partners. She has also held key positions at Bay Street Advisors, Sage Search Advisors and Goldman Sachs. She heard about Renovation Angel at a dinner party, and ultimately decided to use RA’s donation services, recycling two luxury kitchens and a bath vanity of her own.

“Jennifer believes in the mission, and is genuinely an advocate for the process,” said Steve Feldman, RA’s CEO. “That energy is priceless, and exactly what Renovation Angel needs to realize our expansion dreams in 2021.”

LIEBHERR ADDS GIL TO HEAD COMMERCIAL SALES: Germany-based appliance giant Liebherr is continuing its

aggressive North American growth strategy with the addition of Carlos Gil as Head of Sales, Commercial Customers — Americas. He is based in the company’s U.S. headquarters in Miami, reporting to Divisional Director Alex Squarize.

Gil has more than 15 years of experience in the Food and Beverage CPG retail industry, responsible for product strategy execution and channel relationship development in multiple markets across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. Prior to joining Liebherr, he led the international expansion of Colombina, one of the top 50 candy and snack companies in the world. In his new role, he is responsible for leading the operational implementation of sales targets, specifically in the frozen food and food retail industries, as well as other commercial sectors, throughout North America and in select Latin American markets.
