Although the severity of COVID-19’s impact on the kitchen and bath industry has eased somewhat, the Q2 KBMI reveals changes in household dynamics and financial uncertainty are leading to new challenges and opportunities for industry professionals.

Overall demand for services continues to lag, with 58% stating it is somewhat/significantly lower than before COVID-19 hit, twice the 29% who say it is higher.
