The National Association of Home Builders released its second-quarter Remodeling Market Index, which reveals a reading of 73 on a scale of 0 to 100. The survey interprets and tracks trends in remodeling, and shows that remodelers are busy.
“Homeowners are calling for decks, patios, porches, and kitchen and bathroom jobs,” said NAHB Remodelers Chair Tom Ashley Jr., CAPS, CGP, CGR.
