In the midst of the skilled labor shortage, NKBA is working to close the gap with its NKBA NextUp initiative. The Association invited 150 Clark County School District high school students to KBIS 2019 in Las Vegas. NKBA CEO Bill Darcy encouraged them to consider all of their options for their future careers.
