Cambria, a producer of made-in-America natural stone, announced it will offer a Full Lifetime Warranty on all Cambria product purchased and installed in the United States and Canada after September 1, 2018. The Full Lifetime Warranty now covers multiple owners over the life of the product as opposed to the previous Lifetime Limited Warranty, which covers the original owner.
“In our continued commitment to our partners and customers, Cambria wanted to take our customer service level a step further by offering a Full Lifetime Warranty with the purchase of our premium product,” said Andrea Thorne, executive vice president of marketing for Cambria. “The Full Lifetime Warranty will give our customers the added confidence that their Cambria investment will continue to be covered in the event they move and pass the warranty on to the new homeowners. It’s an added benefit when selling a property with Cambria installed.”
Highlights of Cambria’s new Full Lifetime Warranty include:
- The Full Lifetime Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners for the lifetime of the product as installed.
- The Full Lifetime Warranty provides ease of sale and confidence from a trusted, reliable American manufacturer who stands behind its products.
- The Full Lifetime Warranty is effective September 1, 2018, for product purchased and installed in the United States or Canada after that date. All Cambria product purchased and installed on or prior to September 1, 2018 is covered by Cambria’s Lifetime Limited Warranty.
As with the previous Lifetime Limited Warranty, Cambria will continue to cover all associated costs with a manufacturing defect – for example, this includes fabrication, installation and plumbing.
