Erica Illions is a designer at Kitchen Design Concepts located in Carrollton, TX. She went through a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course in the fall of 2019 and became a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) in December of 2019. Erica started practicing yoga in May of 2018 and has had a consistent routine (3+ days a week) ever since. She has found that yoga has many benefits ranging from physical to mental. In this course, Erica will review some of the health benefits to yoga and ways we can incorporate it into our everyday lives especially at work, when we probably need it the most. She will then take us through a quick yoga flow that you may be able to incorporate into your routine, even at work!
