Scott makes Houston his home and is a long time member of the NKBA. As a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) He works as a Kitchen and Bath Design Professional at a firm called Bay Area Kitchens in Webster, Texas. He is also an Independent Designer for clients who have personally sought out his work online via Houzz.com or personal referrals.
Graduating from Kansas State University’s College
of Architecture and Design, Scott developed his style and approach working in the field of Architecture.
Scott was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, and regularly visits family there. Scott has lived and worked in Houston, Dallas, and New York City
Peggy McGowen
PEGGY MCGOWEN, ASID, CMKBD, CAPS
KITCHEN & BATH CONCEPTS – HOUSTON, TEXAS
Peggy is the founder of Kitchen & Bath Concepts, which has specialized in the design, supply and installation of new and remodeled luxury kitchens and baths since 1986. She will celebrate 40 years in the K&B Industry this year.
Peggy is an award-winning Designer and has been recognized and celebrated by her peers in the Industry. She is a Past National President of NKBA, and Past President of the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of ASID. She is also a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist, and especially enjoys working with mature clients.
Throughout her years in business, Peggy and her work have been featured in local and national publications and media outlets, and she has been a frequent speaker at local and national home shows and trade conferences. She has judged national design competitions for NKBA, NARI, SubZero/Wolf, Wood-Mode and more, and has served on Advisory Councils for manufacturers like Dacor, KitchenAid, SubZero, and Wood-Mode.
