Having a strong and growing student membership is particularly important because it helps to ensure the future of the NKBA and the design community. Students bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the table, and they represent the next generation of professionals in the field. The NKBA strives to provide opportunities for students to get involved and showcase their work. This happens through student design competitions, mentorship programs, or networking events. By providing these opportunities, we can help students build their skills, connect with other professionals in the field, and gain exposure to potential career opportunities.
