Tips & Tricks: 2020

We had a esigner focused event were one of our industry professionals instructed a group of designers on ways to better their work on the 2020 software.

2023 IUP Trade Show

A few members of our council and members attended one of our student chapters trade shows.

La Roche Student Chapter Pizza Party

We met with one of our newest student chapters, La Roche University. We Met with them for a pizza party and also had a meeting on NKBA and talk about NKBA after graduation. We also played a NKBA Trivia game.

2022 96.1 KISS FM Stuff a Bus

We collected toys at our Picture Yourself giving event in November and our Council was able to deliver two carts full of toys. Our Local Pop radio station does this stuff a bus event to collect toys for tots for years and it was so nice to be a small part of it.

2022 Holiday Party

We had out 2022 Holiday Party at our member's showroom (Vangura Surface products). We had a trade show, chef cooking event, speaker , NKBA style Trivia, and so much more.

2023 Fall in Love with Design

We held an event at a local restaurant called Fall in Love with Design. We had multiple designers come and we paired them into groups of 3-4. We had 4-5 professionals take turns to have 1 on 1 time with each group to talk about a series of topics to help them build their business.

2023 KBIS

Our whole council was able to make the trip to KBIS in Vegas. They had a great time and learned a lot.

2023 IUP Ice Cream Social

The whole coucil took a road trip to one of our local student chapters. We attended their meeting and brought a whole Ice Cream bar! We talked about all things NKBA and got input from them on events and how we could help them out.

MSI hosted us in their Bridgeville showroom. There was a photographer that gave free headshots to our members.

Fall 2022 IUP Pumpkin Painting

Two of our Council Members were able to attend our local student chapters pumpkin painting event.

2022 IUP Ice Cream Social

A few of our Council members visited our local university NKBA student Chapter and brought some Ice cream. We wanted to get to know the students.

Designer Showcase 2022

Cosentino hosted our 2022 Designer showcase where we had our design members submit their jobs for the year to get voted on my another chapter. We had a great time and had a lot of fun giving our winners their trophies.

2022 Day of CEU's

Our Member, Don's Appliances hosted our Day of CEU and also provided lunch with their in house chef!

The Amazing Race 2022

We had a student focused event where a local design student was teamed up with a local professional. They raced around the Robinson area solving design focused challenges. The Event was sponsored by Cambria and Armina Stone.
