The Northern Michigan Chapter took part in the MI Career Quest Day at Northern Michigan Community College on March 18th. We had three tables set up with samples, literature, blue prints, and a slide show all pertaining to kitchen design. Students from surrounding high schools attended the show to talk to professionals in different trades to get an idea of what career they might be interested in. We had 3-4 members helping at this booth all day and talked to hundreds of students. We gave away NKBA Next UP bags and water bottles to students who seemed interested in our career and answered some trivia questions.
