This month, we'd like to highlight Sam Kunka! Sam specializes in cabinetry and marketing at Bolyard Lumber & Design in Birmingham, MI. She is passionate about all things design as well as her company! She is a valued member of our NKBA chapter and was recently recognized in NKBA's Thirty Under 30! This month, we'd like to highlight Jeanine Yancy! Jeanine is the owner of Yancy Interior Design and has been designing and managing remodels for 15 years. She is an award-winning designer, as well as a dedicated student of design. She is is CAPS certified and currently working toward her CKBD. This month, we'd like to highlight one of our newest members, Leo J. Brown! Leo specializes in design, real estate, and portrait photography and videography! He is excited to be an NKBA member and has volunteered his time to photograph our meetings and events! We are so thrilled to have Leo involved with the chapter!

KBIS 2024 in Las Vegas!

Our NKBA board attended KBIS 2024 for chapter officer Leader-To-Leader training and got to experience the show firsthand! It was a wonderful experience, and we had the opportunity to connect with many of our industry peers and vendors! We are already looking forward to next year's show!

The appliance experts at Bill & Rod's gave us a fantastic showroom tour and introduced us to the latest and greatest in appliances, with brands including but not limited to: Cafe, Frigidaire, & Miele!

Holiday Social 2023 at Newmyer Distinctive Remodeling

Thank you to Newmyer Distinctive Remodeling for hosting our 2023 Holiday Social! We had a blast celebrating 55 years of Newmyer and another fantastic year for the Michigan State Chapter of NKBA! We really enjoyed seeing everyone as well as gathering many donations for the Hospitality House Food Pantry. Thank you to all of our extremely generous vendors for your door prize donations. We truly appreciate your generosity and continued support for our chapter and the kitchen & bath industry as a whole!

November Meeting at Dwyer Marble & Stone - Double the CEUs!

It was a pleasure to be hosted by Dwyer Marble & Stone in Farmington Hills! Thank you for making last night's CEU stone event fun and interactive - it was a great mix of classroom info and warehouse tour.

Our event at Whiski Kitchen Design Studio was a success! We learned about designing with nature in mind and completed a gorgeous macramé planter craft!

We had blast learning how to care for stone and quartz surfaces at MSI! It was great to connect with you all right before summer hits!
