Kitchens in the Michigan Design Center Mid-America Room. Social hour begins at 5pm with our presentation beginning at 6pm. You do not want to miss this!

Selling to Design by NOT Designing to Sell

As a kitchen and bath designer, Jan Neiges will share her process on how Selling to Design by NOT Designing to Sell has consistently increased her closing ratio and how she easily earns design fees within a 2-hour investment of time before she puts pencil to paper to design. She will provide examples of the documents she shares with her clients, explain the communication process she uses that turns the prospect into a client and discuss the importance of why and how our role in the Design process needs to change in order to succeed.
