NKBA Manhattan Chapter member Rose Ott was recently appointed to the Monogram Design Council. Here is her statement.

September 2020 -- I am truly honored to have been selected as one of 15 designers to sit on the 2021 Monogram Design Council!

My philosophy in design is simple; "Successful interior design enhances the quality of life. Correct use of color, space, scale, pattern, and texture are among the elements responsible for creating harmony between you and your environment. A nourishing home and work environment has been undeniably proven to contribute to one's happiness, well-being and productivity. It is my goal to create a space uniquely yours that encompasses these qualities and to make the process as enjoyable as possible."

The kitchen is my favorite room in any home. It's where meals are created to fuel our bodies, and memories are made with family and friends. Redesigning the heart of the home is my favorite task because it allows me to make a difference in my clients' lives. I have found that families are happier, more productive, and organized when space is designed well.  Monogram's distinguishing factor is their dedication to creating forward-thinking pieces that are detail-oriented and user friendly. By utilizing modern and transitional appliances, I can create an elevated design for my clients to love for years to come.
