Family Owned & Operated

Countertop Connections started out as a way

for one man to provide for his family.

Rocky Caudill had worked for a few different cabinet shops before taking

a leap of faith to start his own business. With a wife and two young children to support,

he started fabricating and installing laminate countertops for

just a few loyal customers in the early 1990's. Then, he opened his shop off of South East Street

in Indianapolis in the late 1990's, and business took off!

Nearly 25 years later, the company had outgrown its shop in Indy, so we packed up

and moved to a newly built shop in Franklin, Indiana in February 2016.

We build laminate countertops, acrylic solid surface countertops, and all sorts

of custom laminate casework right in our shop in Franklin.

We are also a dealer for Waypoint cabinetry, many brands of quartz countertops,

and we sell a variety of sinks and faucets.

Rocky and his wife, Sherry, retired in 2022, and passed ownership over to

their son, Jesse Caudill, and daughter-in-law, Kaylee, in 2023. 

More family members have joined the staff and as the company expands,

we look forward to servicing our customers with a larger product range and

I am a wife, a mother of 4 children, and Oma (grandmother) to 3 beautiful grandchildren. My husband and I reside in Columbus, IN and are big animal lovers. We currently have two German Rottweilers, a cat, and a chinchilla. I LOVE to cook and entertain, so I spend a lot of time in my kitchen, because of this, we are the hangout house. As the oldest of 7 siblings and in the middle of my 8 cousins, I come from a large family and understand how important it is to have your spaces work for you versus you working for your space.

I am a motivated individual that loves people and design. The design and construction industry is like a playground for me! I have been in the construction industry for 20+ years and have specialized in the Kitchen & Bath sector for the past 10 years. My hope is to make the world a better place one relationship and space at a time. I have worked on a wide range of projects from large commercial facilities to optimizing small residential spaces. Previously working for a design build company has greatly expanded my knowledge and experience in the design field. With the knowledge and experience that I have gained over the years, I have finally opened my own company and I am ready to serve you. I am heavily involved with the design community and am currently the President for the Indiana state NKBA chapter. I make sure to keep up with the current trends and education. Because of this, I have enjoyed the honor of having a few of my spaces photographed and published nationwide. I have also been published and quoted in the Indianapolis Business Journal ( IBJ).

I love to meet with clients in person and work hand in hand with them; because of my love of people I have a great deal of experience in customer service. I developed my love for design in my teen years with my first job as a general laborer in a painting company. My natural knack for color and interiors propelled me to crew foreman before the age of 20. I built a reputation among our realtor clients and they would ask for my assistance in color choices and furnishings. I stayed with this company for approximately 10 years before changing careers. I then went back to school to obtain a degree in the field I loved so much. I am now skilled in the digital world along with my many years of experience in the design field. I love deadlines and meeting goals, this accountability and pressure keeps me motivated to my full potential. I cannot wait to start a project with you and utilize my experience and knowledge to create a perfect space for you.
