Duane will share his knowledge with us about how to communicate so it is clear to clients we understand their needs and can guide them to a successful project.
As many as 30% of Kitchen and Bath prospects decide not to proceed with a project, why? The primary reason given for this is that they have been too overwhelmed by the many choices and decisions. To gain and also retain your client, you must understand their perspective and what they might be thinking and experiencing. I will talk about how being empathetic to your client's wants and needs will gain their trust and help you sell more.
1. Understanding your buyer's mind.
2. Designing your proper approach.
3. Addressing your client's concerns.
