Mr. Saracino has 25 years of expertise in all facets of Italian and European cabinetry, lighting, and the furniture industry. His career started in Italy, working with one of the most prestigious brands of kitchen cabinets, where he honed and acquired his technical and sales skills.

After moving to the US in 2005, Mr. Saracino expanded his field of expertise in the multi-family business, first in operations and then in product development, successfully completing projects in North and South America.

Today, Mr. Saracino is the National Director of Business Development in Lighting for Richelieu
Hardware, educating on the most innovative Italian lighting solutions throughout the US. His lighting presentations are well known, and his lighting CEU is admired by the SDA community. His primary focus today is to increase awareness in lighting, supporting the manufacturers while integrating LEDs in their product line as well as educating architects and designers on the new "concept" of LED lighting in cabinets.
