Verification Requirements
The NKBA requires that badge holders stay engaged in order to maintain their standing. Options for verifying engagement include:
- Attending four NKBA industry–related events over a
two-year period
- Retesting
- Attending four events will verify all of a badge holder’s
badges. Badge holders can submit and track their events
directly from their newsfeed page.
Approved events include:
- Local NKBA chapter meetings
- Voices from the Industry sessions (held during KBIS)
- Weekly NKBA webinars
- Industry-related training events (itinerary required)
