The water- and energy-saving appliances continue the company’s commitment to health, wellness and sustainability. By Loren Kessell

Beko’s new line of dishwashers is the first to offer CornerIntense®. This proprietary new technology replaces the conventional circular-motion spray arm with a rectangular-motion version to disperse water and detergent to every part of the washtub–even the hard-to-reach corners. Beko’s eight new dishwashers with CornerIntense® launching in May use 51% less water and 25% less electricity compared to conventional appliances.

In 2022, Beko announced the Beko Healthy Kitchen – an industry-first resource of products, people and partnerships that explores the kitchen as the intersection of personal and planetary health in the American home. These products include Beko’s current lineup as well as the new Beko Dishwashers with CornerIntense®.

Among the other features on each new model is SelfDry™, an auto-door opening system that unseals and opens the door of the dishwasher when the washing cycle ends, letting ambient air in and drying dishes naturally without the use of additional energy and added costs for the end user.

Beko is the only company to receive the EPA’s highest ENERGY STAR® designation every year it has operated in the U.S. – including its fourth consecutive Sustained Excellence honor in 2022. And beyond energy efficiency, each CortnerIntense® model exceeds the EPA’s most stringent cleanability index.

A subsidiary of Arçelik, one of the world’s largest appliance manufacturers, Beko is committed to being the definitive health and wellness brand in the industry – a pledge that is made possible by 28 net-carbon-zero production facilities in 9 countries, a product presence in 400 million homes in 140 countries and home and kitchen appliances equipped with the latest technologies that empower people to live healthier, more sustainable lives.
