Get tips about hosting virtual interior design meetings and lighting. By Loren Kessell

NKBA’s free webinar series in May is centered around lighting with an added presentation about virtual interior design meetings. During these uncertain times, conducting business looks different — and focusing on wellness is imperative.

Kick off the series on Friday, May 1, is the presentation “Best Practices for Successful *Virtual* Interior Design Meetings.” Rebecca West, CEO of Seriously Happy Homes, will discuss online meeting essentials. Attendees will learn how to effectively use different tools to maintain their brand’s image and to elevate their professionalism.

On Tuesday, May 5, attend “Lighting the Way to Improved Wellness at Home.” Architect and lighting expert Doug Walter, AKBD, AIA, and owner of Doug Walter Architects, discusses how light plays a role in designing for health and safety. Participants will learn about the latest research, visual and non-visual effects of light on the body and more.

Follow up this conversation on Thursday, May 7, during the webinar “Improving Wellness in the Home with Bio-Adaptive Lighting.” Steve Rissi, director of technical training at CEDIA, shares the importance of wellness in the home and why lighting is integral. The session will explore products, components for a successful system and defining what is necessary for successful integration.
