Masco, ACPI Merger Complete: ACProducts Inc. has completed its acquisition of Masco Cabinetry, forming Cabinetworks Group, now the largest independently owned manufacturer and distributor of cabinets in the U.S. Heading the new entity, which is based in Ann Arbor, Mich., are former Masco Cabinetry CEO Joe Gross, now CEO of Cabinetworks, and former ACPI president Larry Denbrock, who was named Cabinetworks’ president and chief revenue officer.
