… Joseph Smith, who leads Owings Brothers, a kitchen, bath and full-service remodeling company in Eldersburg, Md. Smith, a member of the Baltimore-Washington Chapter, has won two nights at the glamorous Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas for KBIS 2019, and round-trip airfare to the show, which runs Feb. 19-21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
