On Jan. 8, the night before KBIS 2018 opened for business, the NKBA revealed the winners of its professional design competition, and acknowledged its student design competition winners.
Prizes were awarded for best overall kitchen and bath; first, second and third places, in large, medium and small kitchens; large and small bathrooms and powder rooms; as well as honors for before-and-after renovations, designs submitted by a builder or remodeler, budget-friendly projects, universal design and outdoor living.
The professional design competition was sponsored by Jenn-Air and the Home Depot, and the student competition was sponsored by Waypoint Living Spaces.
