The NKBA 30 Under 30 Now Open for Nominations

NKBA will again choose 30 exceptional young professionals to explore the show floor and report on key industry trends at KBIS 2017 in Orlando

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (JUNE 15, 2016) — The NKBA 30 Under 30 is now open for submissions. The 30 Under 30 Program is designed to celebrate the future of the kitchen and bath industry by selecting 30 outstanding young professionals who truly exemplify the best of the industry. The Winners will help the association identify significant trends, innovations and technology, sustainable business practices, and emerging business models at KBIS 2017 in Orlando. This annual program has left a lasting impact on the lives and careers of 30 under 30 alumni, who have had the opportunity to network with peers and important industry leaders.

If you are a creative, passionate professional in the kitchen or bath industry under the age of 30, or you know someone who is, you can complete a nomination form at http://www.nkba.org/30u30.aspx by August 3, 2016.   Information to include in your submission includes past awards, sales and marketing accomplishments, certifications, community involvement, and other association memberships.

“NKBA’s 30 Under 30 gave me the opportunity to establish my confidence as an industry professional,” Says interior designer and 2016 30 Under 30 recipient Cathleen Adkins.  “My experience helped boost my portfolio and connected me to a network of professionals who have become great assets to my career as well as lifelong friends.”

30 Under 30 recipients will receive:

  • A Free Trip to KBIS 2017 (airfare and lodging)
  • KBIS Show floor pass, conference pass and access to a keynote session
  • Media exposure and awareness among top design and trade professionals
  • Pre-event and post-event networking activities
