Patty Dominguez

VP of Business Development, Cosentino Americas

Patty Dominguez is the Vice President of Business Development for Cosentino Americas, responsible for generating business development in all commercial channels and playing a pivotal role in Cosentino’s growth strategy for the coming years. She also spearheads the brand’s entry into new revenue streams, including residential and commercial furnishings.

Throughout her nearly 17-year tenure with the manufacturer – most recently serving as the VP of A&D Sales – Dominguez has played a pivotal role in elevating the brand by strategically cultivating deep relationships and new business opportunities with architects and designers, as well as kitchen & bath dealers that have led to the company’s exponential growth in the United States. Currently, the market represents more than 60 percent of the company’s global sales.

Dominguez believes that at its core, successful business lies in building authentic relationships and connections, which she has implemented throughout her tenure at Cosentino from her role as Director of Public Relations and Kitchen & Bath Sales Manager to Director of Field Marketing, and beyond. An example of this is Dominguez’s brainchild, CNEXT Designers, which brings together top interior designers with best-in-class brands and media partners. The exclusive summit made waves in the industry after its inaugural edition in 2022 and is now underway for its third edition.

Dominguez also spearheaded the development and strategy of invaluable relationships with leading industry organizations, including the American Society of Interior Designers, where she currently served on the Board of Directors, as well as the National Kitchen & Bath Association and the American Institute of Architects, among others.

Dominguez’s leadership at Cosentino and commitment to the industry have earned her numerous accolades, including the 2015 ASID Industry Partner Merit Award and the 2010 ASID Presidential Award. In 2022, she was chosen as an Outstanding Business Leader in Manufacturing/Distribution by the Houston Business Journal. Her passion for people and relationships is reflected in her commitment to service and philanthropy. Among these include serving as the President of the Latin Women’s Initiative for three years, serving on the Board of Trustees for the ASID Foundation, Prepared 4 Life, Lemonade Day, and the Neighborhood Centers, and participating in different organizations such as Easter Seals YAF program and Junior League of Houston.

Dominguez is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. She has also studied languages abroad in Switzerland and France. Originally from Mexico City, Dominguez now calls Houston home where she has been for the last 35 years with her husband and son.
