Molly N Switzer Designs LLC focuses on residential interior design with emphasis on kitchen and bath, I am a one woman show that has loved the process of developing and evolving my business. It is my goal to keep my business as uncomplicated as possible for both myself and my clients. I focus on transparency, communication, honesty and trust in my business as well as my everyday life. My business can take on several shapes as I am needed by my clientele, from role as a contracted specifier to designer of entire home interiors complete with construction plans, specifications and a trusted ear to bend during the most stressful of processes.

At the end of the day I carry the title of client advocate and conduct my business in a manner that helps to alleviate as much stress to the home owner as possible in several different ways. I find a certain joy sharing the knowledge I have gained in the industry on products, best practices and specialty trades partners who have proven time and time again to be amazing resources to my clients.

In the past couple years I have grown increasingly interested in the home connected technology world. I’ve been lucky enough to partner with an amazing local company who continues to push the envelope of what technology can do for the home and its owner. Their team is leading the way for the changes that are about to occur that will greatly affect the way design is done regarding lighting, power efficiency etc. I have also partnered with Control 4 (A SnapAV Company) to execute my own personal home. They have both been valuable partnerships and I am excited to be able to utilize my personal experiences to add depth to my clients understandings for their technology additions.
