Through an authoritative panel of experts brought together by NKBA’s Global President & CEO Bill Darcy, this year’s State of the Industry will give attendees insights into the current and future state of the U.S. economy and its expected impact on consumer behavior and the housing and remodeling market. The four panelists are from longtime NKBA research partner John Burns Research & Consulting and NKBA contributing partner Zonda, as well as the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University and Zillow Group.

The SOI panel will discuss the economic and housing drivers, challenges and opportunities in 2024 and beyond.
