Will has been in the consumer electronics industry for over 25 years. Through the trends of flat panel televisions to home theater, from performance two channel audio to lighting control, he has seen the evolution of home technology and control; even influencing a few things along the way.
With beginnings in retail, Will was quickly able to understand the needs of end users as they evolved. Eventually becoming a marketing executive for one of the largest distributors in the channel, he was able to work with every major manufacturer, helping to shape some of the industry initiatives. Holding numerous certifications ranging through ALA, CEDIA, HTA, and more; he has been an Ambassador, Diamond or Platinum level integrator for many significant brands; most recently being on the Advisory Council for Savant.
A two-time shipping container home builder for his own homes, Will seeks challenges and creative solutions to common problems. After being an owner or principal of two integration firms, it became obvious that lighting is the avenue where design, performance, and control could all come together in a profession.
Will is currently the Director of CASA Companies, which has Design, Development, and Sales divisions handling prestigious European brands and luxury build projects. His passion remains in lighting, where he most recently helped Giorgetti on the layout and specification of lighting in their new flagship NYC location.
