Vendors will be set up at tables to present their products and services.

The event will include a “Poker-Run” theme. Vendors will give a playing card to each attendee that stops at their table. Using all their collected cards, the attendee with the best combined poker hand will win the grand prize for the evening.

• Door prizes optionally supplied by vendors will also be awarded near the end of the evening.
• Food and drink will be provided for the attendees by roaming wait-staff, as well as food and drink stations.
• Hi-top tables will be set up for attendees to eat, drink and visit during the event.
