
Bekins' local appliance showroom hosted an elegant five-course meal featuring sous vide cooking for 18 design professionals from the NKBA West Michigan chapter. Representatives from SKS conducted an educational CEU session on the history and benefits of sous vide cooking, providing valuable insights to the attendees.

They experienced firsthand the benefits of the sous vide technique and are now better equipped to discuss these appliances with their clients in the future. From perfectly seasoned limoncello to tender steaks and evenly cooked vegetables, the sous vide technique demonstrated its advantages, leaving attendees well-informed.

Many of these designers in attendance had not previously attended NKBA events or considered joining the organization. The structure of the event provided the ideal opportunity for them to see the benefits of the local NKBA chapter and network with others. We look forward to their continued engagement with our local NKBA - West Michigan community.
