This course explores the concept of the “prosumer” kitchen, the consumer values of the ultrapremium appliance market, and the styles, functions, and design considerations related to ultra premium kitchen appliances.

With a degree in both Architectural Drafting and Art
History, Stacy began her career assisting commercial and
institutional Architect firms. It is here she began to focus on
the emergent and developing K+B industry. Throughout
her 25+ years in the industry, Stacy has served in a variety
of capacities, including owning her own design firm where
she focused on catering to the conceptual and project
management needs of her residential and commercial
clients. Her professional career includes design,
management, and sales in K+B showrooms, as well as
multi-family project management and disaster restoration
efforts. Stacy previously represented luxury appliance and
decorative plumbing products to the most discerning
clients throughout the state of California. As Stacy
continued her success as a design professional and
consultant, and after volunteering for her local NKBA
Chapter, she secured several Board of Director positions
where she served for over a decade. Her time here
supported her desire and passion for the design industry
and allowed her to connect to provide consulting services
to K+B Dealers, Designers, Homebuilders and Architects.
Stacy is fully accredited through the NKBA and has spent
several years as a CEU provider. She is a Certified Kitchen
Designer, Certified Bath Designer and is also a Certified
Interior Designer (Emeritus) in the state of California. Stacy
is married and has five adult children, formally resided in
Roseville, California, is an avid runner and art enthusiast.
Stacy is now based in South Florida and the 2022 NKBA
South Florida Chapter President and is employed by
Middleby Residential as the Designer Services Manager for
the Eastern Region of the US.
