When designing a new home for clients, listening to their needs and desires is the simplest way to achieve your goals while also creating their dream spaces. ― This course works to educate designers on the importance of upselling, when and how to do it, and the benefits for all parties involved.

• Evaluate how client’s unique needs contribute to potential design ideas and options
• Analyze the potential or optimal return on investment for kitchen and bath remodels
