Every year the NKBA selects 30 exceptional young professionals from across the industry to join its prestigious Thirty Under 30 program. Widely regarded as the go-to program for the brightest in the industry, it was created to provide opportunities to nurture rising stars and to help them grow within the industry. Nominees were evaluated on their career or educational achievements, commitment to excellence in the kitchen and bath industry and leadership within their organizations.
