Let's create charcuterie!
Welcome to the January 2021 NKBA SoCal Meeting: January 28th at 2pm.
We've partnered with Fisher & Paykel to host an interactive virtual charcuterie board creation demonstration. Upon registration, you'll lock in a charcuterie and wine kit from Fisher & Paykel, available for pickup at its showroom in Costa Mesa (see event details below).
Here's what to expect:
- Registration includes a charcuterie board, cheese, dried fruits, meats, etc., a bottle of wine, and Fisher & Paykel swag.
- Please pickup your charcuterie and wine kit on Wednesday, January 27th between 7am and 4pm, or Thursday, January 28th, between 7am and 12pm at the Fisher & Paykel Experience Center in Costa Mesa.
- Registration is $25-
Spots are limited! Please register on Constant Contact by Friday, January 22nd to secure your spot.
We will also install our 2021 board, and bring in a special guest to install NKBA SoCal President Nichole Cooper for her final year as president.

This online course will be held via Zoom. You will receive a reminder email with the login credentials. You will receive a second reminder on the day of the demonstration with the Zoom link. You may be asked to download the Zoom software in order to access the demonstration. Questions on appliances or technique can be asked ahead of or during the demonstration.
