• 2 oz Aberfeldy Single Malt Scotch Whisky
• .5 oz Local Honey Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Rocks glass, ice, bar spoon

Honey syrup: Take 1 oz honey and 1 oz warm water, mix until dissolved and put aside for cocktail making.
