Design & Construction Week Review

Over 70,000 people attended KBIS 2022 in Orlando, making it the largest in-person event in our industry since before the pandemic. It was amazing to see so many industry professionals, exhibitors, colleagues, and friends again in one place!

From insightful industry new, exciting awards celebrations, innovative & beautifully designed products and appliances, this year's KBIS/IBS was one to remember.

Gina D’Amore Bauerle

Partner and Interior Designer at D’Amore Interiors

Gina D’Amore Bauerle of D'Amore Interiors is a shining star on the rise in the kitchen & bath industry! Gina has been published numerous times in both regional and national publications and has won over 40 interior design awards, including 10 national awards from the NKBA and NAHB, and an international award from London-based “design Et Al” magazine. Gina says "some of my most proud achievements include being named "Top Five Under Forty" in 2020 by Colorado Homes & Lifestyles Magazine, "Top Forty Under 40" by the National Home Furnishings Business Magazine, "Best Overall Residential Project" at the 2021 Crystal Awards, and most recently "Best Overall Bath" at the NKBA National Design Competition at KBIS 2022!

Gina has recently started working on her own licensed product designs to develop with home furnishings manufacturers branded under her social media identity “Design Boss Gina”. Gina says "My hope for the future is to gain a wider audience to share my insights on design, as well as the psychological effects it has on our lives and how to improve them".
