What if the heavy tasks that strengthen and define us could feel … light? Morgan will share the framework she used to bring a sense of peace and lightness to a recent challenge to climb the height of Mount Everest – in just 36 hours. And she’ll explain how that framework can be applied to tasks in your life and business. She'll help you identify your own Everest and make a plan to make progress in a light, simple and balanced way. Morgan plans to:
HELP PARTICIPANTS IDENTIFY THEIR OWN "EVEREST"
Everyone has a tough thing they’re trying to get through at work, at home, or in life. We’ll name what that looks like so they can stop avoiding it and start approaching it with confidence, ease and self-compassion.
SHOW HOW HARD THINGS CAN FEEL LIGHTER WITH THE RIGHT APPROACH
I’ll walk through the simple Light 56 framework I used during my Everest challenge and some other examples of where I've used it to share how it can be used for any sized challenge.
TEACH PRACTICAL MINDSET SHIFTS THAT REDUCE STRESS (WITHOUT ADDING MORE TO YOUR PLATE)
Attendees will learn small, doable ways to lower overwhelm, quiet perfectionism, and bring more calm into busy, high-demand days.
GUIDE PARTICIPANTS IN CREATING ONE LIGHT, REALISTIC NEXT STEP
They’ll leave with one clear action that moves them forward no massive change, just progress they can actually stick with.
BUILD CONFIDENCE THAT THEY CAN DO MEANINGFUL HARD THINGS WITHOUT BURNING OUT
We’ll focus on how to make everyday challenges feel more aligned, more doable, and enjoyable in work, in business, and in life.
Morgan’s passion is helping others find joy and light in life. Paired with her work experience, she drew on her background - including being an athlete and parent - to create the Light 56 framework. This approach creates personalized habits that stick, unlocks motivation, and adds fun through unique challenges. She founded Light 56 Circle, a community for women who tackle hard things in a light way! You can find Morgan wakesurfing behind a boat, creating something with her son or hiking in the mountains with her husband.
