more aware and focused on wellness and health. Navigate through different design
considerations that relate to evidence based design and how they contribute to the health
and wellness of the homeowner and the planet. Explore sustainable buzzwords like “Climate Neutral vs. Carbon Neutral” and what they mean. Finally, learn what sustainable manufacturer practices may entail, along with kitchen appliances that can contribute towards a greener home.

SPEAKER: Mandy Bauer
With over 15 years of experience in the consumer goods and building industry, Mandy brings her passion and drive to the ever-changing appliance market. She takes pride in her work and strives to attain the highest level of customer service while creating long-term relationships. Her insight and enthusiasm for kitchen design is reflected before, during, and after each meeting. Her passion for intricacies, craftsmanship, and quality stems from her experience in representing multiple luxury brands, which ultimately led her to her current role with Gaggenau.
Mandy has a strong arts background with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institutes International Minnesota. She currently resides in Chicago and supports Gaggenau sales in the Eastern United States. When not traveling, Mandy participates in 5K, 10-mile, and Half Marathon runs to support various charities including St. Jude, Wounded Warriors, and Folds of Honor.
