Shelly Dickey has recently joined the NKBA Oklahoma Board, filling the Secretary-Treasurer role previously held by Jason Grife.

Shelly Dickey is an Inside Sales Associate with the new Visual Comfort showroom in OKC. She recently moved from Fort Myers, Florida, where she got started in the industry as a Showroom Manager for a luxury Design-Build firm in Naples. When the pandemic hit, she transitioned into a Cabinet Designer position, and joined the SWFL NKBA Chapter, to begin studying for her AKBD (now the CKBD!)

Here in Oklahoma City, she is continuing her CKBD studies and has jumped into the world of luxury lighting. Being a board member is an exciting chance to meet local industry professionals and put together a study group for anyone else interested in taking the CKBD exam.

Outside of work, Shelly enjoys hiking (warm weather only!), exploring vintage malls, finding interesting restaurants and volunteering as an official for the Oklahoma City Roller Derby team.
