Luxury Showroom Consultant

General Description: The Showroom Consultant supports the Showroom Manager assisting with all aspects of showroom operations and activities including meeting and assisting showroom clients with product selections and planning events & programs to promote the marketed brands.

This position requires a dynamic and motivated sales consultant. The primary goal of the showroom is to assist customers with curating their perfect package of appliances, all while ensuring the experience is nothing less than luxurious. The role of the showroom is to provide expertise, education, and the highest level of customer service, while maintaining the integrity and promise of the Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove brands.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting, greeting and assisting with showroom clients
• Becoming a product expert and sharing that knowledge with clients
• Promoting and assisting with the execution of events and programs to attract and entertain showroom clients
• Assisting Showroom Manager, Sales and Trade Representative maintain business partnerships
• Tracking and reporting showroom client visits
• Maintaining a clean, attractive showroom; keeping the presence of our brands paramount

Skills/Qualifications:

• College Degree, preferred
• Computer proficiency, experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required
• Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague
• Sales experience with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Awareness and interest in the design, culinary and luxury industry
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays and some evenings  
• Self-starter, quick learner, team player, able to manage multiple projects and priorities
