Dear NKBA Manhattan members and industry friends,

This is an exciting week for our NKBA Manhattan chapter as we step into our fifth annual EDU DAY. Our board, committee members, showroom hosts, and partners at IDS NYC have put tremendous care and effort into creating a fabulous day of education, inspiration, and connection.

This year’s theme, The Business of Design, brings us together on Thursday, October 8, at the A&D Building. We look forward to welcoming our design community and celebrating what we can accomplish together.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone whose dedication has made this day possible. Alongside full-time careers and personal commitments, our volunteers continue to make time, step in, and get the job done. This is truly a team effort, and I am grateful to work with such a committed and generous group.

I also want to congratulate our Communications Chair, Rex Aguirre, who was named a 2026 Innovator by Kitchen & Bath Design News. As founder and president of Premiere Systems Design, Rex brings design and smart home technology together. Here in our chapter, we especially appreciate his willingness to contribute, share his expertise, and support the people around him. Rex, thank you for all you bring to our team—this recognition is well deserved.

I look forward to seeing you at EDU DAY. Thank you for being part of our chapter and helping make this community so special.

Warmly,
Jeannine Price
President, NKBA Manhattan
