Fisher & Paykel New York Experience Center, for hosting the March 18 Chapter meeting, with CEU, on current market trends for outdoor kitchens and considerations for new clients.
It’s no surprise how much the outdoor kitchen market has grown, and the timing was perfect as Briana Ryan and Barbara Kessler (above, right and left) of Fisher & Paykel led our virtual CEU. The presentation provided a wealth of information on designing outdoor kitchens and lifestyle experiences for our clients. That often starts with selecting the right grill, and factors to consider in the design planning process, such as the client’s needs, budget, site weather conditions, and planning for possible expansion. This event was educational and fun and ended with a special cocktail demonstration of a Kiwi Collins, live from New York! Thank you to Briana and Barbara!
Early registrants were sent cocktail kits so they could learn alongside the experts.
