Since we were in Las Vegas for KBIS 2023, what better place to have our chapter meeting than the 15,000-square-foot Savant showhouse, built by Blue Heron, sipping cocktails while watching the sun set over the city's skyline. Seventy registered guests toured this newly-built modern showpiece in the exclusive Henderson, MacDonald Highlands community. Recently purchased by Loan-Depot founder and chairman Anthony Hsieh, according to The Las Vegas Review-Journal, the house delivers the ultimate hidden technology experience.

We expeditiously carried out our official chapter business in anticipation of the private CEU tour of this magnificent home. The major business of the day: the swearing in of the 2023 chapter officers by President Julie Schuster. Newly elected chairs include: Charle-John Cafiero, Communications; Joan Ravasy, Programs; Jeannine Price, Membership; and Rose Ott,Treasurer. After a few announcements, Savant hosts served cocktails and hor d'oeuvres as we split into small tour groups led by Savant experts.
