Let's raise a toast to a wonderful dinner and cocktail demonstration with Dacor! On September 17th, the Manhattan Chapter virtually gathered around for Dinner and Drinks with Chef Alex Trkulja (@TRK_EVENTS) and Mixologist Matthew Morrison (@spitballcomedy) at Dacor's showroom in Manhattan's A&D Building.
The lively demonstration left us salivating as we learned how to make Steak Fajitas paired with a Tropical Smoke Margarita, Grilled Salmon and Asparagus complimented by a Bees Knees, and a Mustard Filet Mignon perfectly paired with a Fall Fashion. Topping off the menu: a sweet Apple Charlotte and Cider Sidecar Cocktail. Early registrants were sent cocktail kits so they could learn alongside the experts. Guests also previewed new technology in Dacor appliances.
