An evening of ethnic culinary experiences taken from Manhattan’s cuisine diversity paired with innovative specialty cocktails. Take a tour guided by chef Jean-Bernard Villareal 19through the island’s well-known ethnic dishes right in the Dacor showroom from Hell’s Kitchen’s toothsome fusion to Korea Town’s intensely flavored cuisine to traditional Little Italy and Chinatown’s well-known delectable tastes from the old country.
