Sous Vide In The Modern Kitchen
Dive into the origins of Sous Vide Cooking along with the benefits and options that are offered in today’s modern kitchen.
We will meet at 4:30 at the A&D Building 150 East 58th St. to board the bus which will take us to the LG National Headquarters at 111 Sylvan Ave Englewood Cliffs, NJ. There we will take a tour of the LG Exploratorium and see some of the latest innovations, and visit the Signature Kitchen Suite Showroom where we will be treated to our program, “Sous Vide in the Modern Kitchen.”
Food, wine and beer will be available.
