Wine has been an integral part of society for as long as we can remember. It’s almost a compulsory element to entertaining, let alone the culinary experience. So why do we allow so many great bottles to go to waste?
In this course attendees will learn about the newest technology in wine dispensing. We will discover the methods of wine preservation, and how new technology is prolonging the longevity of wine. Participants will understand wine market trends and discuss the relevance it has to specification.
The course will identify key considerations when planning for a wine dispenser or cooler. Finally, we will cover the advantages the newest wine dispensing technology has to offer for different sectors relating to the A&D projects.
